· Participated in a Mud Logging training at an oil exploration on-shore rig, France, 2/92-3/92.
· Tested a micromachined gas chromatograph for on-line hydrocarbon detection, Houston, 3/93-6/93.

· Produced lactic ferments with a 10 liter bioreactor.
· Concentrated lactic bacteria with a 1 meter ultrafiltration unit.
