Community Garden

Holy Trinity Churchyard is a big place, seven acres in total. It is also very diverse with dozens of trees, a meadow, a wildlife garden, a community garden with seating and flower beds and lots and lots of grass. This all means lots of mowing, strimming, weeding, edging, pruning and litter picking to keep it looking its best - and all done by volunteers.

To help us make best use of limited resources and maintain the churchyard for the many people who visit for a variety of reasons and for wildlife we have applied for churchyard charity Caring for God's Acre to develop a new churchyard management plan for us. We are grateful to the Lichfield Diocesan Community Fund for the major part of funding this work .

Harriet Carty, Director of Caring for God's Acre, will be carrying out an on site survey of the churchyard and consultation with us later in July, but before that we would like to find out what you think so that your views can inform the new management plan. So please take a few minutes to complete this online survey before 30th July. Thank you.

(Paper copies of this survey are available from the church if you prefer - but please do not complete both online and on paper.)
