Plug into your Future

Plug into Your Future is for local people aged 16 – 24 who are seeking employment whether for their first job or for career progression. It is held every Saturday from 30th March 2019 at Fallings Park Fire Station, Bushbury Road WV10 0LN from 10.30am until 1.30pm.

What can you expect at Plug into your Future?
  • a relaxed, informal setting
  • expert advice
  • visits from employers
  • list of current job opportunities
  • workshops
  • refreshments
  • use of a computer for producing CVs, application letters and job searching
  • telephone use
  • stationery
  • … and it’s all free
Whatever help you need to get future employment Plug into your Future will be there to support you, providing free expert advice on all matters to do with jobs and careers. There is a planned programme of visits by employers; workshops and personal support concerning: CVs, job applications, apprenticeship’s, successful job searching, application letters and interview skills. Every week a job board, listing current jobs, will be available.

A warm welcome awaits everyone

This programme is organised by New Park Village Activities Network, financed by a grant from the National Express Foundation and supported by Job Change Wolverhampton who provide the specialist input.
