Burial RecordsIf you cannot find the records you require you could try the Wolverhampton History website. The records available there were transcribed separately so will not contain the same errrors. However, for Holy Trinity, the records only go up to 1909.
There have been nearly 20,000 burials in Holy Trinity churchyard since it opened in 1852.
The records accessible from this page list all burials up to the year 2000 in five sections. These records have been transcribed from handwritten burial registers and we are aware that there are a significant number of errors or omissions in the transcriptions. We are working to resolve these but it is a slow job. Nevertheless in many cases they should be helpful in tracing a grave or in researching your family tree.
Go to the Wolverhampton History / Indexes page scroll down to 'Wolverhampton & District Parish Registers 1751-1992' then to the 'Wolverhampton & District Burials 1813-1992' in four PDF files. In these files burials at Holy Trinity Heath Town are indicated with 'Heath Town' in the 'Church' column and the location is in the 'Notes' column, where available. It only shown the row number and grave number but not the section of the churchyard so some detective work may be needed.
