Holiday Harvest Festival & Silent Auction

Unitarian Church of Hinsdale

17 West Maple Avenue, Hinsdale, IL 60521

Saturday, November 21, 2015, 5:00  p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Mark your calendar now and invite your friends.  You are invited to the 2015 Annual Holiday Harvest Silent Auction & Festival which is being held 5:00 - 9:30 P.M., on November 21, 2015.

In addition to the highly anticipated silent auction, the rest of the evening lineup is breathtaking: Dynamic Dave Lloyd will emcee the evening and live auction, while entertainment will be provided by the immensely popular Humphrey-McKeown Band with our own Tony Meadors!

You will be able to bid on high quality Silent Auction services and events to fill an entire social calendar!  Those who arrive early have the best chance to bid for "sign-up" events that often sell out early. An upscaled "Fair Trade Table" will be offering special baskets & expanded higher-end jewelry!

The gastronomic offerings, alone worth the admission, will include a variety of pizzas, multiple palate pleasing side dishes, dessert, wine, beer, soda, and more, under the culinary command of our chef Tim Dvorak.  The nominal admission, covering food, drink and entertainment, is $20 advance/$25 at the door.

This year, free child care by trained sitters will be available for school-age children (ages 5 and up) in the lower RE building. Please sign up for Child Care at the time you buy your ticket after Sunday services so that we can hire the requisite number of sitters and be prepared with food, prizes, and activities for all ages.

We sincerely hope all members, neighbors and friends will join us for an adult evening of fellowship and lively shopping.  Have fun, eat well, and come away with some choice purchases.
