Smith's Earn and Learn

Please link your Smith's fresh values card to Holbrook Elementary

Thanks to all those who have already linked Hannah Holbrook to your Smith's Fresh Values cards!  You only need to scan our school's barcode along with your purchase once per year.

The customer service desk at Smith's can link your card to Holbrook without a barcode.

OR, print Holbrook's barcode (below) and bring with you next time you shop at Smith's to link your fresh values card to our school.  All you need to do is have the cashier scan both your fresh values card and the Holbrook barcode and your  when you check out.

Another option is to log onto SmithsFoodandDrug.com online with your rewards card,
you can follow a few steps to the "Earn and Learn" rewards there.

Smith's cards must be linked to Holbrook every year!  If you are not sure whether your card is linked to Holbrook or whether your school link has expired, look on your receipt.  If it says on there somewhere "a portion of your purchase has been donated to your school"  your card is  linked.  Last year's link expires September 30, 2011, so please re-link your card to Holbrook before then.  (All cards re-linked after June 1, 2011 will expire September 30, 2012.)"
