Syllabus

BASIC HEALING is a one term class. There will be five lessons, each with a homework assignment and an extra credit. All homework assignments and extra credits are worth 30 points. The maximum number of points you can earn is 300 points.

This class is part of HOL, so all HOL rules apply. Please keep in mind that the techniques taught in this class are NOT intended to treat or cure real diseases. Although some are remedies used by Muggles, you must NOT experiment with them. You must consult a doctor, pharmacist, nurse, or other trusted health care professional before taking anything that might effect your overall health.

Attachments will not be opened over email. When sharing a picture, please send a link to the photo uploaded to a photo sharing site.

GRADING

This is how I will grade the What is the Treatment? questions:

3 points for the specific answer I had in mind when I wrote the question

2 points for any other plausible answers

1 point for attempting the question

0 points if you do not answer in complete sentences!

PASSING AND QUILLS

In order to pass the class and earn a quill, you must earn at least 150 points.

DEADLINES AND EXTENSIONS

All work is due on January 10/June 10 at 11:59pm HOL time. Since this is the very last day to accept assignments, late assignments will result in a grade of 0. I will accept work done throughout the term, so go at your own pace :)
