  • Hillside Woods If you care about the woods....The Hastings Conservation Commission is sponsoring two discussions on the ecological state of Hillside Woods. Each will be prefaced by a walk in the woods with expert naturalists. The first session, April 2, will outline the issues impacting our woods. While the woods look pretty, the ecology of the forest is actually in a seriously compromised and deteriorated shape. The second session, May 3, will focus on what we can do as individuals and a community to help restore the ecosystem. Both sessions will be fascinating, and I encourage you to attend! Feel free to email me with any questions. :-)And click below for the flyer:STATE OF THE WOODSBest,Haven
