Weekly Schedule

Tuesday and Thursday. Yoga 

 at Hockley Corner. 6- 7.30pm.    Beginners and Intermediates.                       

  • Hatha Yoga Drop in class.                              
  • Bring mat, belt, block and loose clothes         
  • Check with diary in case of holiday.


Wednesday Breathworks.(For 8 weeks at a time)

  • 6.45  for 7 - 9.00 pm 3 times throughout the year a rolling 8 week course. See Diary for details. Newcomers are advised to start at the beginning of the course. Otherwise those who have gone through the course can drop in for a repeat of anything they want to refresh or just for the meditation. Let me know first for numbers.

 

Sunday (Check diary) 

  • 9.45 for 10:00 am -1 pm: A deeper exploration of the genetic principles behind those behaviours that make life more sticky than it need be.Mindfulness plus other meditational styles, the power and mastery of breathing techniques and Yoga. See Diary for Details.

Throughout the Week 1:1 times available for consultation.
