Registration Fees

The total fee for registering with Scouts BSA for Nov. 1, 2022 through Oct. 31, 2023 is $114.

• $75 National Scouts BSA fee

• $39 Heart of Americal Council fee

We anticipate $60-$70 additional Pack dues to cover expenses of operating the Pack which will be due by Jan 1, 2023.

If you wish to pay the Pack online, please follow the directions below. IMPORTANT: be sure to select the "Friends and Family" option when sending funds in order to limit transaction fees.

Venmo Payment Directions:

If you have the payment Venmo app you can find our account under:

"Treasurer PackTwoSixFour"

Payment can be made by transferring the funds to that account. However, so the payment can be documented and confirmed in my normal books (and to make sure everyone gets credit) everyone should email the treasurer account (Treasurer HOACPack4264 <treasurer.hoacpack4264@gmail.com>) indicating that 1) a Venmo payment has been made, 2) the payment amount, 3) the name it came from, and 4) who the payment is for in the pack.

The Treasurer will reply acknowledging receipt and that email can serve as your receipt.

PayPal Payment Directions:

Find us in PayPal under: "treasurer.hoacpack4264@gmail.com"

Payment can be made by transferring the funds to that account. I believe you can transfer money to a friend to minimize the fees we pay.

Parent Action Items

  • This will allow you to register with Scouts BSA and The Pack

  • It will also give you access to Scoutbook https://scoutbook.scouting.org, which will allow you to track your child's advancement, and connect to Pack Announcements and Calendar

  • This helps us convert to Scoutbook, the BSA's achievement tracking and messaging solution.
