Database of neighborly polytopes

In each file, all non-isomorphic face lattices of neighborly oriented matroids with fixed number of vertices and rank are presented.

File format:
line 2n+1: facet list
line 2n+2: a chirotope of an oriented matroid (in the reverse lexicograpic expression) that gives the face lattice in line 2n+1.

  • neighborly10_5.zip: neighborly oriented matroids of rank 5 with 10 elements.

  • neighborly12_5_chirotope1.zip: neighborly oriented matroids of rank 5 with 12 elements (no.1 -- no. 278072, chirotope infomation only).
  • neighborly12_5_chirotope2.zip: neighborly oriented matroids of rank 5 with 12 elements (no. 278073 -- no. 556144, chirotope information only).
  • neighborly9_6.zip: neighborly oriented matroids of rank 6 with 9 elements.
  • neighborly10_6.zip: neighborly oriented matroids of rank 6 with 10 elements.
  • neighborly10_7.zip: neighborly oriented matroids of rank 7 with 10 elements.
  • neighborly11_7.zip: neighborly oriented matroids of rank 7 with 11 elements.
  • neighborly11_8.zip: neighborly oriented matroids of rank 8 with 11 elements.
  • neighborly12_9.zip: neighborly oriented matroids of rank 9 with 12 elements.
  • two_neighborly10_7.zip: 2-neighborly oriented matroids of rank 7 with 10 elements.
  • two_neighborly11_8.zip: 2-neighborly oriented matrodis of rank 8 with 11 elements.
  • no_universal_edge12_9_combined.txt: neighborly oriented matroids of rank 9 with 12 elements with  no universal edges.

    The files of neighborly oriented matroids of rank 5 with 12 elements do not include information of face lattices (due to the file size limitation).
    Please compute the face lattices from the chirotopes by yourself or contact me if you need the information of face lattices.
