7. Data Grades: FY 16-17

In an effort to increase Data Quality and Quantity for reporting, our HMIS produces data grades as feedback to the participating programs. The following data grades reflect data quality and completeness for the first quarter of the 16-17 fiscal year (October 1 - December 31, 2016)

If you would like a detailed data quality and completeness report for your agency's programs, along with technical assistance to understand and address data quality issues in the report, please contact Racquel Wiles at rwiles@bigbendhc.org (esp. if your agency's data grade is below average).
