Additional Information

Abstract: »This report examines the characteristics of 446 cases of college campus rape and sexual assault reported by medical providers in Massachusetts between the years 2000 and 2011. The results of this analysis reinforce much of the salient research to date, finding that females are most often victimized by familiar, non-intimate, male assailants. The victim-offender relationship was related to many factors of the case, including crime location, use of weapons and force, victim injuries, and the reporting of the offense to law enforcement.« [Source: Report]
