Abstract: »This article encloses the trial implemented in Guatemala against members of the army and military commissioners that were sentenced due to crimes against humanity, acts of rape, enforced disappearance and sexual slavery suffered by 15 queqchiés mayan women in the Sepur Zarco’s military post during the military conflict. Due to the victims testimonies, we try to analize the existing correlation between racisim, feminicide, and rape and how the army stablished a protocol enabling the violations in order to use the women as army weapons to destroy their lives, culture and identity.« (Source: Pacarina del Sur)
