Mummy measurements

G Elliot Smith records some measurements made of the royal mummies.
From these measurements we can compute the cranial index and the nasal index, and we can compare the general measurements of the face.

Cranial index = breadth of skull/length of skull
a cranial index < 76 is called dilichocephalic (elongated narrow skull)
a cranial index between 76 and 81 is called mesocephalic
a cranial index greater than or equal to 81 is called brachycephalic

The facial height is apparently the height measured from chin to glabella (brow ridge).
The facial width is the bizogomatic diameter or width. This is the width of the face measured across the temples.

* The measurement of King Ahmose's head includes hair, so that the actula length of the cranium is probably somewhat smaller than 207 mm. The actual breadth is closer to 156 mm. Assuming the same layer of hair, the height and breadth would be 192 and 156 respectively. This would give an index of 81.3
