James Fason, PhD
Interim Executive Director
Dr. Fason is leading HDDC's project development and asset management efforts. He is currently a principal at GD Evans Company, an award winning urban development firm in Atlanta. He is the former Deputy Director for the Fulton County Department of Environment and Community Development, where he worked to improve the quality of life for Fulton County's citizens by promoting protection of the environment and sustainable development. His educational background includes environmental science and resource development.

Aisha Stith
Operations Manager
With nearly a decade of experience in program management Aisha, has strong expertise in local politics, neighborhood organizing and community development. Aisha served as the Campaign Manager for Mayor Deborah Jackson of Lithonia, Georgia during her winning election. Most recently Aisha has worked in Mayor Kasim Reed's Office of Human Services. Aisha holds a B.A. from Temple University. 

Maisha Hadley-Hodge
Community Involvement Project Manager
Maisha holds a Masters in Business Administration from Hampton University. She has a strong background in sales, event planning and convention services. For the past three years she has lived in China hence she brings an international savviness that will be used when approaching local, national, and international business partnerships. 


Milan Jordan
Assistant Project Manager
Milan assists with various operational and project level initiatives to help implement HDDC's mission. Ms. Jordan is a recent graduate from the Georgia Institute of Technology masters of architecture program and brings experience as well as personal interests in architectural design, urban design, and planning. As an active and former volunteer with organizations such as Architecture for Humanity, Habitat for Humanity, Lifecycle Building Center, and Children's Restoration Network, she shares interest in HDDC's mission and equitable endeavors.


Gretchen Fuller
Gretchen's responsibilities include all aspects of financial strategy and management within HDDC. Mrs. Fuller is an expert in creating, implementing and maintaining financial operations. She has an accounting degree from North Carolina A&T State University. Gretchen has 20+ years experience in a variety of financial management services including financial analysis, accounting systems, cash flow analysis, internal controls, and compliance auditing. She has worked for corporations, small businesses, non-profit organizations and government agencies. Mrs. Fuller is also a principal in Warner Fuller Consulting LLC, a financial management consulting firm.


Sharon Robinson
Sharon manages HDDC’s property management and resident services activities. Mrs. Robinson is currently a property manager with GD Evans Company, an award winning urban development firm in Atlanta. She is also Executive Director of Surviving the Pain, a nonprofit organization that assists transitional homeless families after leaving the shelter environment. Her background includes over 20 years of corporate accounting and marketing with companies ranging from Macy's to Popeye's.
