2013 Juniors March Past

The 2013 Junior March Past will be held at ANZ Stadium prior to the HSBC Waratahs v QLD Reds match on Saturday 13th July 2013. This event is a fantastic 
opportunity to put Junior Rugby in NSW on show, allowing clubs to march around ANZ Stadium prior to an official Super Rugby match.

NSW Rugby Union is proud to extend an invitation to all Sydney and Country Junior Rugby Clubs to participate in the Annual Junior Rugby March Past.
The 2013 Junior March Past will be held at ANZ Stadium prior to the HSBC Waratahs v QLD Reds match on Saturday 13th July 2013. This event is a fantastic 
opportunity to put Junior Rugby in NSW on show, allowing clubs to march around ANZ Stadium prior to an official Super Rugby match.
Clubs are also given the opportunity to bring banners and / or flags to display during the March, as the occasion offers a great opportunity to promote your club 
publically to the wider Rugby community.

PARTICIPANTS
All registered 2013 junior club players are invited to participate in the March. For every eight (8) marching participants the clubs will be offered one (1) complimentary ticket for an official to help coordinate the participants. Complimentary tickets will be issued to those who participate in the March. 
We are anticipating a strong response, and ticket applications will be processed on a ‘first in, first served’ basis. Please fill in the attached ‘Intention to Participate’ form and return by COB FRIDAY 7TH JUNE 2013.
Players are to be dressed neatly in full playing kit, including socks pulled up; jerseys tucked in and sports shoes. Officials should be dressed appropriately 
in either the club’s shirt or jacket, with dress shorts or pants. Club banners are encouraged.

SUPPORTERS
We are happy to extend a special discounted ticket offer to Club supporters, including parents, family members, club administrators and friends for $10.00 per 
ticket. To ensure that Supporter tickets are allocated with the participants of your club, these tickets should be purchased following the instructions below. 
Please note, the entry gate for supporters will be specified on your ticket. 
How to Purchase Supporter Tickets 
  1. Go to http://myrugby.waratahs.com.au/Offer/JuniorMarchPast 
  2. Enter your club name or postcode into the fields and select your club from the options provided
  3. Click ‘BUY TICKETS NOW’
  4. Sign into My Rugby using your MyRugby username and password
  5. What happens if you are not a member?
    1. Click on the option to ‘SIGN UP’
    2. Follow the procedure to sign up
  6. Select your tickets and press continue to link to payment
  7. Tickets will be sent to you as EzyTickets to your email address at least 2 weeks prior to the event
  8. Your tickets will be allocated on the Southern end of the field with the participants and other supporters from the club you nominated.
Due to the number of people involved in this event, only tickets ordered through the above link by COB FRIDAY 7TH JUNE 2013 will be processed and seated 
together.

EVENT TIMING
5:30pm Marshalling of participants commences in Fig Grove, Dawn Fraser Ave, Sydney Olympic Park 
5:45pm Movement from marshalling area to ANZ Stadium commences
6:10pm 2013 Junior March Past commences
6.50pm 2013 Junior March Past concludes – participants will be escorted to their seats
7:40pm HSBC Waratahs v Reds kick off

NOTE: If your club will be travelling to ANZ Stadium by bus, please inform Waratahs Rugby to ensure a safe drop off point is organised and a parking permit is 
allocated.
