The mission of the Hilliard Green Homeowners' Association (HGHOA) is to enhance the quality of life in our neighborhood through management of common areas, investment in capital improvements, enforcement of rules and bylaws, and support initiatives that strengthen bonds among residents that benefit the greater good of the community.
