I'm Hikaru Kawarazaki / 河原崎 耀 (in Japanese).

Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS).

Guest Researcher at the Center for Research and Education in Program Evaluation (CREPE), the University of Tokyo (UTokyo), Department of Economics. 

I'm an applied microeconomist, mainly focusing on the  Economics of Education, Economics of Crime, Development Economics, and Labour Economics.

I completed a PhD at University College London (UCL), Department of Economics,
