Dear Camper,

We are looking forward to having you here at the farm. We have some big changes this year! Unfortunately we can't have the camp at Susie's any more. We are all sad to leave that beautiful place. The whole camp will be at Hickory Nut Gap Farm instead. We will have art. pottery and drama in the big barn where we have had the plays for the last few years. Here are some pro's and con's:

Disadvantages of the new location Advantages of the new location

1. No pool-------------------------------------------3 big creeks to get wet in

2. No bamboo woods------------------------------lots of rhododendron woods

3. No Kittens----------------------------------------Clarence the Cat

4. No boxwood maze------------------------------slides and goats etc.

5. Susie!---------------------------------------------Susie will be at the farm too!

Drop-off and pick-up will be in the Farm Store parking lot. The address is 57 Sugar Hollow Road. Drop off is at 9 and pick-up will be at 4. We will have counselors directing traffic. The plays will be at 3:30 on Fridays. Please bring your families and enjoy the production!

For camp you will need to bring:

1. lunch

2 blue jeans or breeches for riding

4. a riding helmet or a bike helmet

5. old tennis shoes and clothes you don't mind getting wet

We will provide: Snacks and water(five gallon containers with cups so there won't be water bottles to carry everywhere) and of course popsicles at the horse barn.

You can also purchase colas and beef sticks and maybe fruit Popsicles at the cabana outside the farm store during lunch.

Call if you have any questions--

~Annie and Susie
