We have created this resource as another way to support our Host Home Alumni and other members of the community. Here you will find:
- A Resource Portal with community-based programs and organizations to help you through situations that arise while you're doing life (e.g. housing, jobs, counseling, medical care, etc.)
- A Calendar with updates on AfterCare office hours and events at HHP & UCAN as a whole.
- Announcements for the HHP community.
- A place to share information about what's going on with YOU or anything else you want to share with the HHP community.
