Spicy Grilled Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce

Serves 4

1 lb fresh shrimp, deveined, tails left on
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1/4-1/2 tsp Frank's Red Hot Sauce or Tabasco
1/4 tsp paprika
S&P to taste

Cocktail Sauce (Yields 1/3 cup)
1/3 cup organic, low-sugar ketchup
1-2 tsp horseradish
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
Fresh lime juice from 1/2 lime
Few dashes of Frank's Red Hot Sauce or Tabasco
1/8 tsp salt

Preheat BBQ or grill to medium-high heat.  In a large bowl, toss the shrimp, olive oil, hot sauce, paprika and S&P.  Slide shrimp onto sewers (if you are using wooden skewers be sure to soak them first so they don't catch on fire!)

In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients for the cocktail sauce and mix well.  Set aside.

Grill shrimp for a 2-3 minutes a side.  Remove from grill and serve with cocktail dipping sauce.
