HENRY FORD ACADEMY has an active Parent Organization which meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm in the Performance Room located in the Museum Campus. The members of the Henry Ford Academy Parent Organization are committed to supporting student activities through fundraising and support activities, and, together with the administration and faculty of the Academy, are committed to mutual responsibility for the enhancement of academic and personal development of all Academy students.

PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR THE FOLLOWING: 
              
▪ PARENTS/GUARDIANS...high school students don't always share   information you want or need to know...BUT WE DO! Sign up for the PO email list to receive up-to-date information on college visits, school dances, scholarship opportunities, school newsletters, community service opportunities, Administration and Staff text message alerts, FAFAS help, SAT testing and much more. To add your email to our list simply send an email to hfapoemail@gmail.com In the body of the email please provide:
    ▪ Your Name and phone number
    ▪ Your Student's Name(s)
    ▪ Graduation Year of each Student

Many emails are graduation class specific, so the graduation year is very important. Make sure to add hfapoemail@gmail.com to your address book so our emails don't end up in your spam folder. 

▪ PARENTS/GUARDIANS...The Parent Connect pin number & password that you used to access your student's Academic progress, attendance, etc. on the web will remain the same as it was last year. If you forgot your pin number and/or password, click on the ParentConnection icon in the navigation bar on the left. Then click on the "Need Your Login Information?" link below the login box and follow the prompts. An email with your login information will be sent to you. 

▪ HFA-PO operates a school store in conjunction with various school clubs. The school store is open twice weekly during Academic Coaching, Tuesday and Thursday: 9:25am - 10:25am. Items available include a limited number of school supplies (pencils, pens, index cards, notebooks, etc.). Light snack items are available (fruit juice, Gatorade, fruit, cheese crackers, bagels, etc.). Food items average $1.00. Funds generated from the school store are equally divided with the participating club. The HFA-PO uses their shared portion to supplement HFA related activities.
