In June 2015, Norman Robertson supplied missing names and added the following comments: Nigel I had very little to do with in the senior school. Fergus I knew quite well and I believe he was at last years’ reunion. On leaving school he read Divinity at University and the last I heard he was a parish minister in Inverness. Ian joined Heriots in 11L when his family moved up from England. I know at first he had a tough time as he was ribbed mercilessly for his posh English accent. Schoolboys can be very cruel !! However eventually he became one of “our gang” and I was quite good friends with him but lost touch when he left School to train as a Quantity Surveyor with some firm in Edinburgh. Looking at the photograph I remember everyone except Colin Malcolm and yet strangely he was at this year’s reunion. Isn’t memory a funny thing ?
