Herbert Ntuli graduated with a PhD in Economics from the University of Cape Town in December 2015. He is also a holder of a Master of Science degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics completed in October 2009 from the University of Zimbabwe and A Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics completed in August 2006 from Zimbabwe Open University. Currently, Herbert is working for WWF SA as Wildlife Economics and Policy Analyst. He has vast experience as a research consultant having worked for a number of independent research firms under various assignments with international development agencies such as EU, USAID, SIDA and UNDP, and many other local & international NGOs. His research experience spans seven countries in Southern Africa such as Zimbabwe, South Africa, Mozambique, Botswana, Namibia, Malawi and Zambia. His teaching experience is also wide having taught both undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the Woman's University in Africa, University of Zimbabwe and University of Cape Town. He has taught courses such as econometrics, microeconomics, environmental economics, mathematics for economists, financial mathematics, calculus, ordinary differential equations, dynamic optimization, real analysis, statistics, research methods, business ethics and project management.
