1. Superhealthy Green Tea "Ice-Cream" Smoothie:

Place in blender, in this order: two sliced frozen apple bananas, 1 cup cold hemp milk, 1 Tablespoon matcha (green tea) powder, 2 teaspoons local raw honey. Blend until creamy. You can adjust ingredients to your own taste, and consider adding in a few lilikoi ice-cubes and a few Tablespoons of kombucha.

2. Eating healthy, herbal-magik-infused meals when you're short on time:

In your rice cooker place: 1 cup brown rice, 3 cups water, 1/2 cup dried, rinsed shitake mushrooms, 1/4 cup almonds, 1 cup cut up organic veggies (beets and their greens, kale, bell pepper, carrot, squash, onions, etc), 1 tablespoon each: chopped olena, chopped basil, garlic, ginger, sesame oil. Add a pinch of: sage or oregano, black pepper, sea salt. Turn it on and come back whenever.... Add a splash of kombucha or raw apple cider vinegar and sea salt to taste just before serving.

3. Are you a cookie monster? Try these healthy, vegan, wheat-free treats!

Wash your hands well. Mix in a large bowl: 3 cups oatmeal, 2 dashes cinnamon, 2 tspn vanilla extract, honey to taste, 1/2 cup each dried blueberries, cranberries,chopped unsalted almonds, an 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips. Now take one to two very mature apple bananas, squish them up well with your bare hands, and mix them well into the bowl until you have a moist batter. Drop batter onto a cookie sheet which has been lightly greased with coconut oil and cook at 350 degrees F for 8 minutes. Do not overcook, cookies will firm up more while they cool. Enjoy!

4. Chocophiles rejoice! Try this recipe to indulge your craving in a healthy way:

Add to blender:

3 Tbspn raw cacao powder

2 Tbspn unsalted almonds

1 Tspn milled flax seed

2 Tbspn fresh ginger rhizome

2 Tbspn honey

1 cup rice milk

1 dash cinnamon

1 tspn vanilla extract

optional: chile pepper to taste

Blend well, chill or warm, and enjoy!
