Loaded Baked Potato

4-6 Potatoes
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Coarse Salt
Seasonings (your preference)
Aluminum Foil

1.  Scrub potatoes until clean, and then dry them with a towel.
2.  Tear pieces of foil big enough to wrap each potato in.
3.  On one piece of foil, pour a little oil in the middle (about 1 Tablespoon) and roll potato in the oil until completely covered.
4.  Cover potato with coarse salt and seasonings.
5.  Wrap oiled and seasoned potato in foil until completely covered.
6.  Repeat with remaining potatoes.
7.  Let rest for at least an hour.
8.  Bake in a 450°F oven for an hour or until potatoes feel soft when slightly squeezed.
9.  Top as desired and enjoy!
