Coleslaw

1 medium head of cabbage
1 small onion
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons celery seed
1 teaspoon season salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard

1.  In a medium-sized bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, celery seed, season salt, and mustard until combined.  Put in fridge while preparing the cabbage and onion.
2.  Shred cabbage to your taste.  You can either cut with a knife or process in a food processor.  Put shredded cabbage in a bowl.
3.  Dice onion and add to shredded cabbage.
4.  Pour mayonnaise mixture over shredded cabbage and toss to cover.
5.  Let sit in the fridge for a couple of hours, or overnight.
6.  Enjoy!
