INFORMATION FOR SPECTATORS

Racing commences at 9.00am and runs continuously throughout the day, with the last race by about 7.00pm. There there is knock-out racing for many classes of boat, divided into three 'divisions' through the day. with finals at the end of each division. It's also the only regatta on the Henley Reach to run 3-abreast racing and it attracts over 200 crews from clubs near and far, including Oxford, London and often much further afield.

The regatta has existed for over 150 years, originally created to sit alongside the world-renowned Royal Regatta  by offering events for rowers of all abilities.

You can bring family or friends, whether you're an avid rowing fan or just wanting to enjoy a day out by the river, without needing to worry about the cost or what to wear.
