The task for this month is divided into 3 parts (10 days each)

1. How to identify low achievers in your class.

2. To classify causes of low achievement and to suggest interventions.

3. To formulate tips to help low achievers

 

First task (last date to respond-10th October)

Your inputs/comments/views/suggestions are invited for the following issues:

1. Do you think that we really need to identity low achievers in a particular class?

2. Is it ethical to label students as low achievers and give them special attention?

3. How do you identify low achievers in your class/batch/group?

4. Share your memorable experience of dealing with low achiever (s)?

 

2nd task (last date to respond-20th October)

Your inputs/comments/views/suggestions are invited for the following issues:

1. Can you give 3 important causes for low achievement by students in your setup/class.

2.  Do your department/institution has a policy for low achievers (on paper)?

3. What interventions do you think can help low achievers in a particular setup?

4. Any single intervention which you think is practically very useful?

Final task (last date to respond-31st October)

Your inputs/comments/views/suggestions are invited for the following issues:

1. Suggest 5 tips for low achievers?

2. Suggest 5 tips for teachers to help low achievers in routine teaching?

3. Suggest a policy by an institution for low achievers (one paragraph only)?
