One to One Fitness

The Helping Hands Gym provides individualized fitness and socialization activity that focuses on the physical, adaptive and cognitive needs of it's athletes.

Helping Hands Gym utilizes an adaptive communication techniques and exercise curriculum for athletes of all skill levels.



Family Fitness Socialization Sessions

Family Fitness & Instruction Program
Monday - Sunday by appointment

  • Individualized Fitness Instruction (1/2-hour and 1-hour session by appointment )
  • Small Group Instruction
  • Family Fitness: Weight lifting and machines
  • Family Group Class: Cardio Kickboxing and Tae kwon Do exercise

Individual  One to One Fitness & Socialization Sessions
  • Individualized Fitness Instruction (1/2-hour and 1-hour session by appointment )
  • Small Group Instruction (scheduled group session weekends)
