Symptoms of Obesity

  1.  Accumulation of fats in the body is obesity.

  2.  It is not a disease itself but open doors for many other diseases like Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Heart disease, Ulcer, Paralysis, Skin problem, Sleeplessness, arthritis etc

Common Causes of Obesity

  1.  Overeating

  2.  Laziness and too much sleeping

  3.  Lack of exercise

  4.  Habit of keeping seated

  5.  Excessive consumption of Fatty food, Maida, Sweets, Salty, Roasted and Fried products

  6.  Tension

  7.  Hereditary

  8.  Disorder of endocrine glands

  9. Excessive Medication

Home Remedies for Obesity

  1.  Gradually reduce food consumption, live on juices then as per requirement live on uncooked food.

  2.  Later get back to normal diet including chapatti with chaff, boiled vegetables.

  3.  In the morning on an empty stomach drink lemon lukewarm water.

  4.  Chew food to make it fine as liquid in the mouth.

  5.  Ghee, sweets, roasted and fried food stuff be kept away.

  6. Daily take one glass of water with basil juice.

  7. Breathing exercise is very important.

  8.  Must urinate after eating food. 

  9. At night take triphala.

  10.  Practice Agnisaar Kriya and Kapalbhati Pranayam.
