Eva Long is the successful mother of five children (three grown), who all had the opportunity to be her very first music students. Since then she has taught over 150 students. Eva's own love for music started at age ten with piano lessons and joining a school band. She continued with both of these, and in high school, also added guitar to her repertoire.
Eva is a graduate of Wheaton College, Illinois, with a degree in Biblical Studies, and she enjoys sharing her love of music with students of all ages.
Heather's music studies began when, at five years of age, she begged for piano lessons and banged her way happily through each song. She soon began begging for a guitar, and at nine started learning chords with her first real, child-sized guitar.
Over the years, Heather's appreciation for music has grown, and she is thrilled to be able to share this enjoyment with her students. Heather is a Christian and was homeschooled for most of kindergarten through high school. She loves teaching students of all ages and ethnical and cultural backgrounds.
Heather has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Arlington,
where she studied Spanish, Business, and Music. Over the last five years, she has
taught over 150 students in private lessons as well as group piano, group guitar, and Musikgarten classes. Heather is also certified and licensed as a Musikgarten Instructor.
