Q: Do you process slides on site?
A: No, unfortunately we do not.  All slides we screen are processed at each individual client laboratory and shipped to us via the client's preferred method.

Q: Do you accept all types of preparation methods?
A: Yes, all preparation types are accepted: conventional, monolayer, ThinPrep, and/or pre-imaged.

Q: Who are your clients?
A: Our client base varies.  Some clients use us on a permanent basis, everyday.  Other clients use us when their on site cytotechnologist goes on vacation or some other leave of absence.  Some clients use us when they get a large backlog.  We really cater to each individual client need.

Q: How does shipping work?
A: We will use any client-preferred shipping method; UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.  The majority of our clients use FedEx.  Shipping can be made either standard or priority, which affects turnaround time.

Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Typically 24 to 48 hours depending on the number of slides and method of shipping.

Q: Is a contract required?
A: No contract is required.  If a client prefers or requires a contract, we will gladly oblige.
