Roast Beef, Veggie, and Cream Cheese Wraps

Serving Size: 1 Wrap            Yield: 4 Wraps

 Ingredients:

•    4 flour tortillas
•    1/2 head of lettuce
•    2 carrots
•    12 oz deli sliced roast beef
•    1 plum tomato
•    4 oz cream cheese, low fat

Directions:

1. Wash tomatoes and carrots.  Slice tomato thinly; grate carrots.
2. Spread 1 oz cream cheese over each tortilla
3. Top with lettuce, 3 oz roast beef, sliced tomato, and carrots.
4. Roll up and place seam side down for serving.
