Peanut Butter and Banana Pitas

Serving Size: 1 pita                          Yield: 4 pitas

Ingredients:

•    2 whole wheat pitas, halved
•    2 bananas
•    1 apple
•    8 tablespoons peanut butter
•    4 tablespoons raisins
•    4 teaspoons honey

Directions:

1. Place 2 tablespoons of peanut butter into each of the 4 pita halves.
2. Slice bananas into 1/2 inch slices and place approximately 1/4 cup into each pita.
3. Slice apple into thin slices and place approximately 1/8 cup into each pita.
4. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon raisins on top of each pita.
5. Drizzle each with 1 teaspoon honey.
