Physical activity is essential to living a full healthy life, and it can be fun! Take a walk with your girl friends and catch up on the latest neighborhood gossip, or walk to the grocery store instead of taking the bus – double bonus when you carry the groceries home! Walk your dog. Physical activity doesn’t mean you have to exercise, it just means you should move around. Being active helps to lower stress and can improve your mood!
