Physical activity is important for a living a healthy life,
but it doesn’t mean if has to be boring! The emphasis should always be on fun
. Switch up your activities so you don’t get “stuck in a rut”
doing the same actions. Remember, extended periods of inactivity are
inappropriate and do not fit in to a healthy strong life.

mean you have to exercise, it just means you should move around. Being active
helps to lower stress and can improve your mood!
