Week One-Goal Setting
Student will choose a goal for overall health related to nutrition, mental health, or physical fitness and share their goal via V-log using YouTube or Voice Thread.

Week Two-Research and Curation
Student will create a curated list of at least 20 articles, websites, blogs or other media pertaining to their health goal using ScoopIt.

Week Three-Healthy Activity Prezi
Student will create a Prezi and share the health benefits of a new physical activity.

Week Four-Overcoming Poor Health Habits Presentation
Student will create a presentation that provides at least two (2) strategies for modifying a poor health habit.

Week Five-Healthy Living Plan
Students will create a reflective Vlog that describes their experience through the course.
Student will create a plan for healthy living and submit to instructor.
