You can only claim points for the actual day that you earned them (You cannot take 60 minutes of exercise one day and break that into 1 point each on two days.)
For active days without formal, timed exercise (like doing yard work all day, surfing, or walking all over an amusement park) you can only earn 1 point for the day. Thus, we are really talking about timed, continuous exercise to accumulate points.
Sundays are off. Each day that you miss exercising (Except Sunday), you will owe $1. The Penalties are accrued and paid monthly to Michal, who will hold them in the Victory Pool. I will email you with your penalty total and the address where you can send the check. I will not spend the money--I will cash the checks and keep them in a stash.
If you drop out early, there is a $25 penalty in addition to fees for already missed days.
At the end, the Victory Pool will be divided between the person with the most points earned and the person with the fewest missed days.
