1656 Waikiki

WELCOME TO THE NARFE WAIKIKI CHAPTER 1656.  Founded in 1979, NARFE's Chapter #1656 represents the interests of nearly 200 members residing in the heart of paradise:  Waikiki, Hawaii.  Our activities support the pension and retirement benefits of federal retirees and the pay and benefits of active federal employees.  Our monthly luncheon meetings engage our members with stimulating speakers on topical subjects.  Speakers from the state and national government cover subjects critical to NARFE's mission:  pensions, pay, benefits, health care and taxes.  Other speakers address a broad range of interests, including nutrition, long-term insurance, retirement issues, maintaining an active life style, and getting the most out of living in Hawaii.  We welcome your interest in Waikiki Chapter #1656 and look forward to introducing ourselves to you at our luncheon meetings.  Aloha ...

MEETING DATE and PLACE : The chapter meets on the 3rd Wednesday of every month (except July and August) at 11:00 AM in the conveniently located Wailana Coffee House across from the Hilton Hawaiian Village at 1860 Ala Moana Boulevard, Honolulu, HI. Validated parking is available in the building's basement, entered from Ena Street.

NARFE’s Hawaii State Federation of Chapters (HSFC) no longer offers the Aloha newsletter in printed format, but it is now available on the HSFC’s website:  tinyurl.com/narfehi.  It’s being issued quarterly, beginning with the February 2016 issue..
