        He received the bachelor's degree in electronic and telecommunication engineering from Hue University of Sciences, Vietnam, in 2012, the master's degree in electronics and radio engineering from Kyung Hee University, South Korea, in 2015. In 2019, he completed his Ph.D. degree at École de Technologie Supérieure (ETS), University of Québec, Canada. His thesis was nominated for the best thesis's award. He was an AI Research Intern at Ericsson Global Artificial Intelligence Accelerator (GAIA) in Montreal, a 5G Research Engineer at Huawei Ottawa Research & Development Centre and was a 5G NR Layer 1 Senior Software Technologist at Dell Technologies.
