The Fast Track to Fun
The Hogwarts Express G-Gauge Set features handsomely detailed plastic train cars, including a 4-6-0 steam locomotive and tender, a passenger coach, and a combination car. The locomotive is battery operated (six C batteries included) and controlled by a battery-operated RC remote controller (two AA batteries included) that features forward and reverse driving options, as well as buttons for sounding the train whistle and ringing the bell.
Train cars are connected by simple knuckle couplers and fit securely on the rails of the plastic track pieces. The track sections can be snapped together, end to end, to form either a circular track or large oval track measuring 55 by 72 inches. The box and packaging containing the train set can be used as a convenient and secure way to store the train set when not in use.

Promote Skill Development and Creativity
Lionel has been a leader in the model railroading world for generations because of their attention to detail and quality, and the Hogwarts Express G-Gauge Train Set is no exception. The highly detailed plastic housing on each of the cars enhances the play experience by providing a realistic glimpse into the world of trains. The simple RC remote controller is easy to use for controlling the direction and speed of the train engine and can be used by young children under adult supervision.
The stimulating sounds and realistic movement of this ready-to-roll train set promotes skill development and creativity. The simplicity of the track layout allows children to develop their own play scenario and unleash their imagination, and the large scale of the G-Gauge train set enables young children to get involved in the set-up and improve dexterity skills. Fun for both kids and adults, model railroading is a lifelong hobby that is typically established early in life through meaningful interaction between children and parents.

196/365 Harry Potter Day ("Mugga, please!")
Pretty early upload but I had to because my SD card ran out of memory halfway through the morning. >.> I took a look of video. There was this one clip that had everything: wizards, parkour, stealing, French cursing, slides... PLAYGROUNDS! *_________* (It was just a guy stealing a pipecleaner wand from a little girl. That little girl you see in the photo. She's going to see this image and say, "Mugga, please." Thanks Alina. Thanks.) If you're confused why all these Harry Potter theme came today of all days, the Smythe Clubhouse hosted Harry Potter day. I think some of the volunteers didn't come not because they were Potter-phobic, but they were Potterphiles, ditching me for the premiere. Whateves. Whateves.
Inspired by the Harry Potter series and the latest obsession with owls :)
