Born in New York, New York, Arthur Harrow currently resides in Boca Raton, Florida. Harrow graduated from the Baruch School of Business, college of the City of New York. He studied at the Arts Student League of New York with Vincent Malta and Sidney Dickenson. He also received a scholarship from the Academy of Allied Arts. He worked in the metal manufacturing business for 30 years. He has been a member of the Palm Beach Watercolor Society and the Board of the Art Students League for 40 years and is now a life member. Arthur works in all mediums. As a child, he used to ride horses and has been passionate about horses ever since.
