Leeds Junior Chess Congress

Two Harrogate Junior Chess Club players entered the Leeds Junior Chess Congress on Saturday 6th February 2016 and performed somewhat on the extreme side of brilliantly. Max Parkhouse won the novice section with 6/6 while Lucas Moyser came third with 4/6. Both are also pupils at Oatlands School and Max attends the chess class Mick Stokes runs there.

Congratulations to both. Definitely stars of the future.
