Hardwick Rescue is looking to hire Advanced EMTs and Paramedics to cover shifts as needed at our station in Hardwick, Vermont. Pay is commensurate with experience. You would be working alongside other EMS providers, both paid and volunteer, in an eight-town coverage area with an annual call volume of 600. The ideal candidate has experience as a crew chief, and works well to engage other EMS providers in best care practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Licensed in the state of Vermont as an A-EMT or Paramedic
-Valid driver's license
-Successful candidates will be subject to criminal background and DMV checks

Hardwick Rescue is a private, non-profit, primarily volunteer ambulance service in northern Vermont which services portions of Caledonia, Lamoille, Orleans, and Washington counties. This includes response to 9-1-1 calls in the following towns:

*Craftsbury                  *Greensboro             *Wheelock

*Walden                        *Woodbury


We provide basic life support and limited advanced life support service in our coverage area, and have access to other advanced life support services, when necessary.

Hardwick Rescue is currently seeking volunteer applications from people who are interested in taking an emergency medical responder or emergency medical technician course, are currently certified as an emergency medical provider, or those who are willing to drive the ambulances.
