Slips for Rent

Vessel Length

The Harbour Village Marina Declaration of Condominium, our basic governing document, and our Handbook of Policies, Rules and Regulations, have a very strict vessel length limit.  No part of a vessel, or anything hanging off the ends of it, can extend more than 6.0 ft beyond the end of the finger pier (4.0 ft for slips 427-434), or more than 0.5 ft over the main dock.  There are no "abouts" and no exceptions to this, regardless of whether you own or rent the slip.  This measurement is from the end of the finger pier, not the piling that is off the end of the pier. You cannot choose to moor bow-in or stern-in for any reason if that means you will exceed this requirement. All slips have a dock box triangle that often limits mooring stern-in. You may be asked to tie up to our guest dock before entering the marina so we can measure your true LOA. After your vessel is initially moored in the marina, your moorage will be measured and if you exceed this limit no Moorage Agreements will be signed and your vessel cannot be moored in the Marina.  Please be absolutely sure of your true LOA, including any appendages, and how you need to moor in the slip (bow-in or stern-in).  We strongly advise that you accurately measure your vessel.  Manufacturer specifications, numbers on the side of the vessel, previous owners and broker listings notoriously understate the true LOA.  See Handbook and Moorage Agreements for further details.
