a description of the problem and permission (or not) for Maintenance to enter your home if you are not present.

Snow Removal

We are tough on this one.  There is NO PARKING allowed on Harbor Point Blvd., in front of 7 Ocean View Drive,
and on South Point Drive during a snow emergency. Look for snow emergency postings at the entrances and within the
lobby of your building. When a snow emergency is declared, residents must move their vehicles from the areas noted
above to avoid being towed. Sorry, but we have to do it in order to clear snow from the property so we can all park.
If you need to contact the tow company, it's Always Open Tow, 617-288.3181. We also ask your help in our efforts to clean-up
and snow removal after the storms. Please remove your car after the storm to clean areas so that all parts of the
parking areas can be plowed and use by all our residents.
