Welcome
I am a PhD Candidate in the department of Optics and Photonics at CREOL, University of Central Florida (UCF). I have completed MSc from Georgia Institute of Technology in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2015. Before that, I completed my B.Sc. in EEE and M.Sc. in EEE from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Bangladesh in 2012 and 2014, respectively. My research interest includes integrated system design, sensor design, wireless connectivity, optical wireless communication, free-space-optics, optoelectronics devices, and fabrication techniques. I had outstanding opportunities to work with several dedicated and visionary researchers in my career. I have not only worked on simulation and fabrication of electronic semiconductor devices such as VCSEL but also I have worked on the system-level design of practical prototypes to serve and address real-world issues such as environmental carbon-di-oxide monitoring and free-space optical wireless communication. I have gathered a wide range of experiences during these projects and I wish to advance my expertise in an organization who identifies and addresses technological challenges and overcome those.
