Blueberry & Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds (optional)
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and serve over ice
